Remodel dust is not household dust. It is drywall, sawdust and grout haze, and it settles into vents, tracks and light fixtures where a normal clean never goes.
We work top down and repeat: ceilings and fixtures, walls and trim, then windows, then floors, so nothing that falls lands on work already done. Quoted per job.
Book us after the trades are out and the debris is hauled. Two passes are normal on a whole-house remodel, since dust keeps settling for days.

Every job site is different. A single remodeled bathroom and a whole-house build leave behind very different amounts of drywall dust, adhesive and debris, so a published rate would be wrong for almost everyone.

How much does a post-construction clean cost?
Quoted per job. Price follows square footage, how much dust is in the house and whether it needs one pass or two. You get the number in writing before we start.
When should we schedule it?
After the trades are finished and the debris is out. If work is still going, we come back for a second pass at the end.
How long does a post-construction clean take?
A day for a single room, two to three days for a whole-house remodel. We send a full team with HEPA vacuums.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a code or a key. We text when we arrive and when we finish.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, including the vacuum. If you prefer your own products, leave them out and tell us which ones.
