Flat rate per clean, set by unit size and what the reset includes. You get the number before your first booking and it does not change per guest.
Can you clean between same-day guests?
Yes. Give us the checkout and check-in times and we work the window. Tight windows get a second cleaner instead of a rushed one.
Do you handle linens and restocking?
Yes. We use your linens and supplies, or we bring a laundered set for an added fee, and we text you when consumables run low.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a code or a key. We text when we arrive and when we finish.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, including the vacuum. If you prefer your own products, leave them out and tell us which ones.
