What's the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?
A deep clean covers everything in a standard clean plus the work that gets skipped week to week. That means wet-wiping baseboards, degreasing the range hood and screens, doors and door frames, window ledges, ceiling fans and vents, and the outside of every cabinet. A standard clean keeps a home that is already in good shape in good shape.
Do I need a deep clean first?
Yes, every first clean with us is a deep clean. After that, recurring visits are standard cleans, because the deep work is already done and only needs maintaining.
How long does each type take?
A standard clean on a 1,800 sq ft home runs about three hours. A deep clean on the same home runs five to six. Move-out cleans take longest because every cabinet, drawer and pantry shelf gets done inside.
What's in a move-out clean that isn't in a deep clean?
Inside cabinets, drawers and the pantry, in every room. Those only get cleaned when the home is empty, which is why they belong to move-in and move-out jobs rather than deep cleans.
Can I add extras to any clean?
Yes, add-ons attach to any tier at booking. Inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior windows and laundry are the four we do most often.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, your cleaner arrives with everything, including the steam mop. Products are plant-based and fragrance-free on request at no charge, and we use color-coded cloths so the one that touched your bathroom never touches your kitchen counter.
