A regular clean keeps a tidy home tidy. A deep clean starts it over.

What a regular clean covers

Bathrooms add: shower and tub, sink and counters, mirrors and glass buffed. Also towel racks and paper holder polished, plus the toilet and the area around it.
Bedrooms add: ceiling fans dusted, furniture and lamps dusted, beds made.
A regular clean on an 1,800 square foot home runs about three hours.

How often you need another deep clean

You can also book one for a reason. Before guests arrive. After a renovation. Before listing the home.
What sits outside both tiers
Some work belongs to a different service or an add-on.
Inside cabinets, drawers, and the pantry belong to move-in and move-out cleaning. Those only get cleaned when the home is empty.
Inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior windows, and laundry are add-ons. They attach to any tier at booking. Ask for them when you book.
We skip ladder work and exterior windows. We also skip pest and mold remediation and moving heavy furniture.

Regular cleaning starts at $144. Deep cleaning starts at $275, and first-time clients save $50. Most people start at $225.
Recurring visits save up to 25% on regular cleaning. Weekly saves 25%, every two weeks 15%, monthly 10%. No contract, so change or stop any time.
